Obama: Moving From Dubious Associations To Dubious Choices
Written by Rick
During the Presidential campaign we heard plenty about the numorous dubious associates in Obama’s background. Now word is out of a dubious choice being made for White House Counsel.
Politico.com has published an exclusive claiming that to Democratic officials President-elect Barack Obama has chosen Gregory B. Craig to be his White House Counsel.
According to Mike Allen at Politico:
| “Craig was an Obama foreign policy adviser during the campaign. At the start of the Clinton administration, he had been the State Department’s director of policy planning, the head of State’s in-house think tank. He also was senior adviser on defense, foreign policy and national security to Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.).” |
But there’s more to Craig than meets the eye, and his selection, according to Ed Morrissey at Hotair.com, would make Craig the first White House Counsel ever to have represented a man who tried to assassinate a President.
Continued below…….

But that’s not all. Morrissey further publishes a list of Craigs former, and one present, dubious clients of Craigs:

Obama seems to have a flair for falling in with controversial people. It is like he is a magnet drawing them too him, or him to them. If this is a hint of the next four years, Obama has made a good start at keeping the question of his ability to excercise good judgement alive and it’s going to make it difficult for even the fairest of his critics to see his administration as anything but questionable.
