Obama Is A U.S. Citizen

Greetings readers. I make no bones about the fact I don’t like Obama as a candidate for President of this country. I have my reasons, many I have written about here, and there’s more to come as I continue to delve into the facts and fictions that are out there about him. But let’s not get distracted by falsehoods. In a previous article here, The Cheney and Obama Lawsuits, I took up the issue of Obama’s citizenship in the United States.
Unfortunately there are those who would like to keep you distracted from how bad this guy is as a candidate by keeping you hunting down ridiculous claims. Obama was born in the state of Hawaii. He has shown his birth certificate and that should have been the end of it.
It wasn’t. With the Berg lawsuit, talked about in the aforementioned article, many claims are made and that has people questioning. Why would the court allow the lawsuit if it wasn’t true? Why hasn’t Obama shown his true birth certificate instead of a certified copy? etc. etc.
Anyone can file a lawsuit. Don’t matter if what they say is true or not. The court clerk accepts it, files it, and the filer has to have it served on the defendant. The court rarely throws them out of court unless the defendant files to show cause for it to be dismissed. Even then, if the court doesn’t dismiss it, that doesn’t mean it’s true.
After all, that’s what lawsuits are about. Finding truth. If there is no cause to dismiss the lawsuit, then it goes to trial eventually and that is when truth is determined. Peter Berg filed this lawsuit. It doesn’t mean it’s true, it means Peter Berg thinks it is. Peter Berg also thought Bush and Cheney made, or let, 9/11 happen intentionally.
Why doesn’t Obama show his true birth certificate? Are you a U.S. Citizen? Have you tried to get your birth certificate lately? All they give you is a Certified Copy of it. You can’t get a copy of the actual certificate anymore. (See update in this article at HotAir.com).

Ed Morrisey at Hotair .com has published a snippet from a Hawaii newspaper, Honolulu Advertiser, 1961 birth announcement section. It was found by someone who was looking for proof Obama was NOT a U.S. Citizen. Check out the article there for yourselves. Obama Is a U.S. Citizen. No, Really.

Rick, Take off your blinders!

WRONG.
He has produced a computer-generated “live birth” document. Such a document wouldn’t even be good enough to register him in school.
When Mr. Obama delivers a CERTIFIED HOSPITAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE then the matter will be settled.
Rick, The real problem here is that the DNC and the FEC failed to vett Mr. Obama. It turns out there are multiple reasons that he cannot serve as the U.S. President.
Please grow up, if even just a little, and research the facts. I am 55 years old and don’t wear an aluminum hat. I have taken the time to read the facts and agree with Philip Berg that there are questions to be answered.
Please do your readers a service by researching BERG VS OBAMA and getting your facts straight. THIS IS ABOUT A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS — NOT ABOUT DEMOCRATS & REPUBLICANS.

The one that explains how your web site is making a false claim that Obama has admitted he is not a U.S. citizen because he failed to respond to a Request for Admissions.
Your site was one that railed on Obama about filing to dismiss Bergs lawsuit and to get a protective order to stop discovery until the Motion to Dismiss is decided. I know the rules in Federal Courts, Berg is an attorney and should know them even better then me.
When Obama filed the request for a protective order it automatically stayed (suspended) discovery so he didn’t have to respond to the Request for Admissions unless the court denies the protective order.
Your site is misleading the public and because of that you have no credibility with me. It makes all of your claims suspicious when you go around spamming blogs with false statements that Obama admiited he’s not a citizen when you know it’s not true.

There should be no arguing between all of you people.
Produce the Birth Certificate to the court, plain and
simple.
If Biden, McCain and Palin were ordered to produce their
birth certificates, they would do so proudly.

You are right. Every candidate should be required to prove their citizenship or naturalization before they run for office, and Obama is no exception.
But distorting things only discredits the issue and distracts from efforts to get him to, as well as distracts from other known issues that point to him being a bad choice.
