Why is McCain afraid to go after Obama on Wright? Allahpundit at Hotair.com, says McCain is afraid to try something new. I think not. I think it’s McCain is afraid to play the race card and going after Obama’s relationship with Wright goes deep into the race card.

Let’s face it, Wright is all about Race. He preaches the BLT common in black churches. What is BLT? Black Liberation Theology. The theology of oppression. They preach that the white man owes them and is still oppressing them and that God is for the oppressed and God will deliver them from the white man’s oppression.

Why should McCain be afraid to touch this? We all seen the clips of Wright preaching this. We seen Louis Farrakhan, just a few days ago claim that Obama was the “herald of the Messiah” who was going to deliver them out of oppression. We seen Father Micheal Fleger preaching in Obamas church and saying Hillary thought Obama was infringing on her “white entitlement”. And through all of these we seen those in the background cheering and yelling Amen!. The same people Obama sat with every Sunday cheering right with them.

Just yesterday Jesse Jackson claimed: “Zionists who have controlled American policy for decades remain strong, they’ll lose a great deal of their clout when Barack Obama enters the White House”. When asked if Obama’s election would close the chapter of black grievances linked to memories of slavery, Jackson replied: “No, that chapter won’t be closed. However, Obama’s victory will be a huge step in the direction we have wanted America to take for decades”. He further stated: “Obama’s thirst for justice and equality is rooted in black culture.”

We’ve heard clips of Wright claiming the white man owes blacks for slavery and oppression. Most of all, right from the beginning, we heard Obama play the race card himself. Telling his supporters how the Republicans were going to point out how he looks different and how they should be afraid of him.

You cannot tell me that a man can sit in a church for 20 years hearing the Black Liberation Theology preached and not dislike whites. They don’t cheer this preaching just because it’s expected of them. They don’t invite the likes of Farrakhan and Fleger into their church because they are against racism.  They cheer it because they believe it. They invite racists because they support what they believe. They do this and Obama is one of them.

He uses his white mother and white grandmother as his proof he’s not racist. What does that have to do with anything? Didn’t he himself talk about how his grandmother was just like any other “white woman”, afraid of a black man walking down the street?

McCain needs to hit Obama on this and hit him as hard on Wright and Farakhan and Fleger as he did on Ayers.
